AUTUMN EQUINOX TUNING FORK CHAKRA ALIGNMENT & TEA TIME

As the light and dark find balance on the Autumn Equinox, join me for a deeply restorative evening of harmony and renewal. This immersive sound bath uses the vibrational healing of tuning forks to align your chakras and guide you into balance–physcially, emotionally, and energetically.
This session will begin with grounding breathwork and intention setting, honoring the shift of the seasons as we release what no longer serves and welcome in new energy. You’ll then be bathed in the soothing solfeggio frequencies of tuning forks, carefully attuned to align the chakras and bring your system into resonance.
Following our journey, we’ll sip some warm, nourishing autumn tea to seal in the energy of the evening.
WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY SOUNDBATH & MEDITATION

In honor of WMHD, join me for an evening of deep rest and reflection through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This practice is designed to support emotional balance, calm the nervous system, and invite clarity of mind as we bring awareness to the importance of mental well-being.
We will begin with a guided meditation to center the heart and quiet the mind, followed by a soothing sound bath immersion. The pure tones of the crystal singing bowls will wash over you, helping to release stress, restore inner harmony, and create space for peace within.
Together, we will honor mental health not only as an individual practice, but as a shared journey of compassion, resilience, and care.

This special Crystal Clarity Sound bath invites you to release the energy of the past year and welcome fresh beginnings with crystal singing bowls, guided intention setting, and deep restorative rest.
We’ll begin with mindful breathwork and reflective intention setting on your own mantra cards, followed by a soothing sound immersion. The crystalline tones of the bowls will support energetic clearing, balance the nervous system, and open space for new possibilities.
As the vibrations wash over you, you’ll be guided to plant seeds for the year ahead–seeds of clarity, growth and alignment.
